About us
Commercial Cleaning UAE is a commercial cleaning company based in Dubai and working across all seven emirates. We clean offices, clinics, warehouses and construction handovers, with every job planned from a site survey rather than a template.
The company is new. Rather than describe a history we do not yet have, we would rather show you how we work: a clear scope, a named supervisor, and a schedule built around your building.
Why we set the business up this way
Cleaning contracts usually go wrong in the same places: the scope was never written down, the crew changes every week, and nobody is accountable when something is missed.
Our approach is deliberately unglamorous. We survey the site, write down what will be cleaned and how often, name the supervisor responsible, and review the work after the first few cycles. If something needs to change, we change the scope rather than quietly let the standard slip.

What does a site survey involve?
A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.
After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.
Do I need a contract for a one-off clean?
No. One-off work, such as a handover clean or a deep clean, can be quoted and carried out as a single job.
Recurring cleaning is usually covered by a simple agreement that sets out the scope, frequency, hours and notice period. We share the terms before the first clean.
