How we work
Quality and safety
Commercial cleaning involves chemicals, machinery, work at height and, often, occupied buildings. Our quality and safety approach is built around those realities.
What follows describes how we plan and supervise work. Certifications or insurance details appear only when an editor has entered and verified them.

Before work starts
-
Site-specific risk assessment
Every site is assessed for access, hazards, working hours and any restrictions set by the building.
-
Method statement
The sequence of work, equipment and controls are written down and shared with your team.
-
Crew briefing
The supervisor briefs the team on site rules, no-go areas and emergency procedures.
During the work
-
Colour-coded equipment
Cloths and mops are colour-coded by area to prevent cross-contamination between washrooms, kitchens and work areas.
-
Chemical control
Products are used at the correct dilution for the surface, with safety data sheets available on request.
-
Work at height
Facade and window work uses appropriate access equipment and fall protection, with permits agreed in advance.
-
Housekeeping
Equipment is stored tidily, wet-floor signage is used where needed, and walkways stay clear.
Quality checks
A supervisor reviews the first clean with you and agrees a review point after the first few cycles. From then on, checks are carried out on a set frequency and any issues are logged and corrected.
If a clean does not meet the agreed standard, tell us within the re-clean window stated in your proposal and we will return to put it right.
Training and insurance
Training records and insurance documents are available on request.
Frequently asked questions
What cleaning products do you use?
Products are chosen to suit the surfaces on site and the task at hand, and are listed in the scope of work. Where a clinic or building specifies products, we follow that specification.
Safety data sheets are available on request for any product used on your premises.
How do you handle access and permits?
Before the first clean we confirm gate passes, work permits, parking, service-lift access and waste routes with your building or site manager.
Crew lists, identification and insurance documents can be submitted in advance where building management requires them.
Tell us about your premises
Send a few details and we will arrange a site survey at a time that works for you, then come back with a tailored proposal.
