Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we are asked most often before a site survey.
Getting started
What does a site survey involve?
A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.
After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.
Can we start with a trial clean?
Yes. A first clean is supervised and reviewed with you before the schedule settles, so any adjustments are made early.
Some clients prefer a defined trial period with a review at the end. We are happy to work that way, with the terms set out in writing.
Contracts and scope
Do I need a contract for a one-off clean?
No. One-off work, such as a handover clean or a deep clean, can be quoted and carried out as a single job.
Recurring cleaning is usually covered by a simple agreement that sets out the scope, frequency, hours and notice period. We share the terms before the first clean.
Pricing and quotes
How is commercial cleaning priced?
Price is based on the scope of work: the area, the frequency, the hours needed, the level of finish and any specialist work such as machine scrubbing or work at height.
We quote after the survey so the price reflects your site rather than a generic rate per square metre. Where the scope is unclear, we can price a defined first phase and review it afterwards.
Scheduling and access
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes, where the building allows access. Early morning, evening and overnight shifts are common for offices, clinics and retail units.
Night work may need a permit from building management. We collect the requirement during the survey and arrange crew registration in advance.
Coverage
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Dubai is our base, so schedules there are the most flexible. Work in the other emirates is planned in blocks to keep travel efficient and pricing predictable.
Products and standards
What cleaning products do you use?
Products are chosen to suit the surfaces on site and the task at hand, and are listed in the scope of work. Where a clinic or building specifies products, we follow that specification.
Safety data sheets are available on request for any product used on your premises.
Operations
How do you handle access and permits?
Before the first clean we confirm gate passes, work permits, parking, service-lift access and waste routes with your building or site manager.
Crew lists, identification and insurance documents can be submitted in advance where building management requires them.
