Facade and Window Cleaning

External glass and facade cleaning using reach-and-wash poles, water-fed systems or suspended access.

Dust, sand and humidity leave a film on glass that quickly dulls a building's appearance. We clean external glass and facades using a method that matches the height and access available, from reach-and-wash poles at low level to suspended access on taller elevations.

Work at height follows a method statement and risk assessment, with fall protection and building permits agreed before the crew arrives.

What's included

  • External glass and framing
  • Reach-and-wash cleaning up to safe height
  • Water-fed pole work where access allows
  • Suspended access for taller elevations
  • Sill, mullion and spider-fitting cleaning
  • Scheduled cycles to manage dust and sand

Where we work

Facade and window cleaning is surveyed and quoted per building in Dubai and across the UAE. Height, access method and any building-management or RTA permit decide the plan, and suspended access is used only where the building is set up for it.

Frequently asked questions

Can you clean outside office hours?

Yes, where the building allows access. Early morning, evening and overnight shifts are common for offices, clinics and retail units.

Night work may need a permit from building management. We collect the requirement during the survey and arrange crew registration in advance.

What does a site survey involve?

A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.

After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.

Do I need a contract for a one-off clean?

No. One-off work, such as a handover clean or a deep clean, can be quoted and carried out as a single job.

Recurring cleaning is usually covered by a simple agreement that sets out the scope, frequency, hours and notice period. We share the terms before the first clean.
