Facade and Window Cleaning in Dubai

Facade and window cleaning in Dubai is a method question before it is a cleaning question. Water-fed poles, reach-and-wash systems and suspended access each suit different heights, glass types and setbacks.

The method, the permit and the timing are agreed in writing before anyone goes up. Where access over a road or a neighbouring plot is needed, the permit comes first.

Glass towers in Business Bay and the DIFC often need building-management approval before external access, and work over roads may need an RTA permit. Between June and September, external work is also planned around the midday break.

What's included

  • Water-fed pole and reach-and-wash for low and mid rise
  • Suspended access where the building allows it
  • Permits and building approval arranged before work starts
  • External work scheduled around the summer midday break

Frequently asked questions

How do you handle access and permits?

Before the first clean we confirm gate passes, work permits, parking, service-lift access and waste routes with your building or site manager.

Crew lists, identification and insurance documents can be submitted in advance where building management requires them.

Can you clean outside office hours?

Yes, where the building allows access. Early morning, evening and overnight shifts are common for offices, clinics and retail units.

Night work may need a permit from building management. We collect the requirement during the survey and arrange crew registration in advance.
