Commercial Cleaning UAE

Clinic Cleaning

Cleaning for clinics, dental practices and day-surgery suites, with attention to clinical areas and patient-facing spaces.

Clinics need cleaning that respects both infection-control requirements and the comfort of patients. Surfaces, equipment housings and high-touch points are cleaned to the standard set out by the clinic, using colour-coded cloths and mops so areas stay separate.

We agree the cleaning method, products and frequency with the clinic manager during the survey, and record any restrictions in the scope of work before the first clean.

What's included

  • Reception, waiting and admin areas
  • Treatment and consultation room cleaning
  • High-touch point disinfection
  • Washroom and staff facility cleaning
  • Waste handling according to site instructions
  • Colour-coded cloths and mops per area

Where we work

Clinics, dental practices and day-surgery suites are cleaned in Dubai and across the other emirates. Clinical rooms, patient-facing areas and waste handling follow the same written schedule wherever the practice sits, and shift times are planned around appointments.

Frequently asked questions

What does a site survey involve?

A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.

After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.

Do I need a contract for a one-off clean?

No. One-off work, such as a handover clean or a deep clean, can be quoted and carried out as a single job.

Recurring cleaning is usually covered by a simple agreement that sets out the scope, frequency, hours and notice period. We share the terms before the first clean.

Can you clean outside office hours?

Yes, where the building allows access. Early morning, evening and overnight shifts are common for offices, clinics and retail units.

Night work may need a permit from building management. We collect the requirement during the survey and arrange crew registration in advance.
