Office cleaning has to work around the business, not the other way round. We plan around meeting schedules, quiet hours and the finishes in the space, then keep the same crew on the same floor so they learn how it is used.
Whether you need a nightly service or a daytime janitorial presence, the scope is written down and reviewed after the first cycles.

Frequently asked questions
What does a site survey involve?
A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.
After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.
Do I need a contract for a one-off clean?
No. One-off work, such as a handover clean or a deep clean, can be quoted and carried out as a single job.
Recurring cleaning is usually covered by a simple agreement that sets out the scope, frequency, hours and notice period. We share the terms before the first clean.
