Clinic Cleaning in Sharjah

Clinics in Sharjah sit under the Sharjah Health Authority rather than the DHA or DoH that regulate Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so the licence on the wall is different from the one a Dubai practice displays. The cleaning standard is driven by the same thing either way: what happens between patients.

Treatment rooms are cleaned between appointments, clinical and general waste stay apart, and colour-coded cloths do not travel between zones.

Many Sharjah practices occupy a floor in a mixed-use building, which means waste leaves through a shared service route and cleaning chemicals are stored in a shared room. Both need the building manager's agreement as well as the clinic's.

What's included

  • Treatment rooms cleaned between appointments
  • Clinical and general waste kept separate
  • Colour-coded cloths kept to their own zones
  • Service route and chemical storage agreed with the building

Frequently asked questions

What does a site survey involve?

A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.

After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.

Do I need a contract for a one-off clean?

No. One-off work, such as a handover clean or a deep clean, can be quoted and carried out as a single job.

Recurring cleaning is usually covered by a simple agreement that sets out the scope, frequency, hours and notice period. We share the terms before the first clean.
