Clinic Cleaning in Dubai

Clinic cleaning in Dubai has to work around appointments. Treatment rooms, waiting areas and washrooms are cleaned between sessions, and anything touched by a patient is treated as a separate task from general office cleaning.

Clinical and general waste stay apart, colour-coded cloths are kept to their own areas, and the schedule is written down so a stand-in supervisor can follow it without asking.

Practices in Business Bay, the DIFC and JLT are usually inside shared towers, so waste movement and chemical storage have to follow building rules as well as clinic rules. We collect both sets of requirements during the survey.

What's included

  • Treatment rooms and patient-facing areas cleaned between sessions
  • Colour-coded cloths and mops kept to their own zones
  • Clinical and general waste handled separately
  • Written schedule your practice manager can check against

Frequently asked questions

What does a site survey involve?

A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.

After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.

Can you clean outside office hours?

Yes, where the building allows access. Early morning, evening and overnight shifts are common for offices, clinics and retail units.

Night work may need a permit from building management. We collect the requirement during the survey and arrange crew registration in advance.
