Clinic Cleaning in Abu Dhabi

Clinics in Abu Dhabi are licensed by the Department of Health rather than the DHA that regulates Dubai, and that changes what a cleaning contractor has to be able to show. DoH medical waste rules apply to every licensed facility, and the people handling that waste need documented training.

Our crews follow a written schedule for treatment rooms, patient areas and washrooms, and the waste route is agreed with your practice manager before the first clean.

The DoH medical waste standard asks facilities to keep training records for housekeeping staff, including contractors. We provide the training record for each operative assigned to your clinic so it sits alongside your own compliance file.

What's included

  • Waste handling to the DoH medical waste standard
  • Training records supplied for each operative
  • Treatment rooms cleaned between sessions
  • Written schedule your practice manager can audit

Frequently asked questions

What does a site survey involve?

A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.

After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.

What cleaning products do you use?

Products are chosen to suit the surfaces on site and the task at hand, and are listed in the scope of work. Where a clinic or building specifies products, we follow that specification.

Safety data sheets are available on request for any product used on your premises.
