Retail cleaning is about the impression a customer gets in the first few metres: entrance glass, floors and display plinths. Most work happens before opening or after closing, with a short daytime check where the site needs it.
We agree the schedule with the store or showroom manager so cleaning never blocks a customer area.

Frequently asked questions
What does a site survey involve?
A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.
After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.
Do I need a contract for a one-off clean?
No. One-off work, such as a handover clean or a deep clean, can be quoted and carried out as a single job.
Recurring cleaning is usually covered by a simple agreement that sets out the scope, frequency, hours and notice period. We share the terms before the first clean.
