Post-Construction Cleaning in Abu Dhabi

Handover cleaning in Abu Dhabi usually works backwards from the occupancy certificate. The certificate follows completed building works and testing, so the cleaning sequence has to fit around commissioning, inspections and the last trade leaving site.

That means a rough clean behind the trades, a final clean once snagging is closed, and a touch-up pass before the handover walk-through.

Fit-outs on the island and in the mainland industrial areas often sit behind a contractor's site gate, so the cleaning team needs the same induction and PPE as everyone else. We collect those requirements at survey stage rather than on the morning of the clean.

What's included

  • Rough, final and touch-up passes
  • Timed against snagging and the occupancy certificate
  • Site induction and PPE arranged in advance
  • Fine dust removal from ceilings and services

Frequently asked questions

What does a site survey involve?

A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.

After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.

How do you handle access and permits?

Before the first clean we confirm gate passes, work permits, parking, service-lift access and waste routes with your building or site manager.

Crew lists, identification and insurance documents can be submitted in advance where building management requires them.
