Planning cleaning around UAE office hours
Daytime, evening or overnight: how to choose a cleaning window that suits your building and your team.
Most cleaning decisions in the UAE come down to the access window. Choose it early and the rest of the schedule falls into place.
Daytime cleaning
A daytime presence suits buildings with shared facilities, heavy footfall and washrooms that need checking through the day. It works best when cleaning is separated from the areas where visitors are received.
Evening cleaning
An evening shift after staff leave is the most common choice for offices. It gives the crew space to work without interruption and keeps the building ready for the next morning.
Overnight cleaning
Night work suits retail, clinics and buildings with a long service window. It usually needs a permit and a registered crew list, so plan a few days ahead.
Weekend and periodic work
Deep cleans, machine scrubbing and facade cycles are often scheduled at weekends or during quiet periods. Booking these in advance keeps the price stable.
Before you decide
Confirm three things: when the service lift is available, when waste can be collected, and who signs the permit. Those answers decide which window will actually work.

Frequently asked questions
What does a site survey involve?
A site survey is a short visit to your premises before we quote. We look at the floor area, surfaces, access, waste routes, working hours and any restrictions set by the building. It usually takes 20 to 40 minutes.
After the visit you receive a written scope of work, a proposed schedule and a price. There is no obligation to proceed.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes, where the building allows access. Early morning, evening and overnight shifts are common for offices, clinics and retail units.
Night work may need a permit from building management. We collect the requirement during the survey and arrange crew registration in advance.
